Wireless Mic Plots for Theater Shows
Keeping track of who wears which wireless mic is a practical backstage task: performers may appear in different songs, and the crew needs a clear assignment list. Stage Manager Suite adds a mic plot to active shows using the songs and cast already in your production workspace.
Choose mic equipment from eligible Tech inventory, then assign a mic to a cast member for each song. Review the plot by act and print a clean copy for backstage. The plot is an assignment aid; it does not coordinate radio frequencies or provide live transmitter monitoring.
Build a mic list from your Tech inventory
Add eligible Tech-category inventory items to a show's mic plot. Available equipment and items already reserved for that show can be selected, while items assigned elsewhere are not offered as available. The plot displays the equipment names your team already uses in its inventory.

Assign performers by song
The mic plot follows the show's set list, grouped under Act 1 and Act 2. For each song, see the performers assigned to it and choose a listed mic or leave the performer unassigned. This makes it possible to record different assignments for a performer's different songs without maintaining a separate roster.
Song and performer details come from your production's set list and cast management. Update those show records as casting or the running order changes.
Print a clear backstage reference
Use Print plot to open a print-friendly view with the mics in the plot and each act's songs, performers, and mic assignment status. Unassigned performers are labeled, so the crew can spot a gap while reviewing the sheet. The browser's print dialog lets your team print or save that view.
The printed document reflects the show's current saved plot. Stage Manager Suite does not claim to measure signal quality, scan radio bands, or generate performance analytics.
