Keep songs organized by act
In an active show, choose Set List as its production structure and add songs to Act 1 or Act 2. Give each song a title and, if helpful, add a short note such as a staging reminder. Songs appear grouped by act in their running order.
The show can use either its Acts & Scenes structure or its Set List structure. Set-list entries are for song-based production planning; the feature does not create audio playlists or play music.

Attach the cast performing each song
Choose cast members from the show's existing cast list for each song. The set list then shows those performers alongside the song, keeping assignments connected to the production's cast instead of copied into another document.
Song-level cast assignments also provide the performer list used by the show's wireless mic plot, where you can record mic assignments for each song.
Edit and export the running list
As rehearsals reveal changes, update a song's title, act, notes, or assigned cast. Reorder the songs to keep the sequence current, then export the ordered set list to Excel with song, cast-member, and notes columns.
The export is a practical spreadsheet handoff, not a formatted program or audio cue sheet. For audience-facing print material, use the separate program builder.
