Using the service
These terms apply when you use Stage Manager Suite. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a theater or other organization, you confirm you are authorized to act for it. The service helps organize shows, auditions, casting, people, schedules, volunteers, programs, inventory, and related communications; it does not run your production for you.
Accounts and team access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. You decide which teammates to invite and which modules they can access. Remove access when it is no longer needed. Do not share private management links or use someone else's account without permission.
Accounts are intended for adults or people authorized to act on behalf of an organization. If you collect information about children or other participants, you are responsible for obtaining required permissions and giving them appropriate notices.
Your production content
You retain rights to the production content you enter or upload. You give us permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the service and provide features you use, including public forms, shared links, exported documents, and messages you choose to send.
You are responsible for having permission to collect and use personal information, photographs, biographies, measurements, and other materials you enter; for maintaining accurate information; and for what you choose to publish through public program or signup links. Avoid entering information you do not need. Your invited team members and people with a valid public or management link may be able to see relevant content.
Messaging and acceptable use
The service may send invitations, confirmations, reminders, casting and schedule updates, and other operational messages at your direction. You are responsible for the recipients, content, and any legally required consent. Delivery can fail or be delayed; do not rely on the service as the sole means of sending urgent notices.
Do not use the service for unlawful or harmful activity, spam, infringement, unauthorized access, interference with service security, or collection of information without an appropriate basis. Do not attempt to access another theater's private workspace or misuse shared links.
Plans and payments
Available features, limits, prices, billing periods, and any trial terms are shown at signup or checkout. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. If you start a recurring subscription, you authorize charges for each billing period until you cancel. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal in your account; cancellation generally stops future renewals, while access for an already paid period is governed by the plan shown at checkout.
For a billing question or refund request, contact us at the address below. Any refund or statutory cancellation rights will be handled under the checkout terms and applicable law. Plan features and prices may change for future periods with notice as required by law.
Availability and ending access
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of messages, or preservation of every submission. Keep your own copies of important production records; available export tools can help. We may suspend access for security reasons, nonpayment, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request help with account closure by contacting us. Data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our materials and legal limits
Stage Manager Suite's name, design, software, and materials are ours or our licensors'. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
