When a performer signs up for an audition, their profile (headshot, bio, measurements, conflicts) is saved to your theater's roster. When you cast them, all that data automatically attaches to the cast list, the costume plot, and the printed program. Enter it once, use it everywhere.

Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Free to Pro or Team whenever you're ready, and downgrade or cancel through the billing portal. No lock-ins.

What counts as an 'inventory item'?

Each costume piece, prop, or set element you track is one item. You can manage 'props needed' lists without adding items to inventory until you acquire them. On the Free plan, you're limited to 50 physical tracked items.

On the Team plan, the account owner can invite up to 4 additional members by email. The owner controls which modules (Inventory, Shows, Auditions, Volunteers, etc.) each person can access, keeping everything organized and secure.
