How to use this worksheet
List characters and scenes
Use the production’s scene order and the script’s character names. Add a row for every costume state, not only a character’s first appearance.
Describe the full look
Record garment, footwear, accessories and any continuity details. Note preset location and the person responsible for dressing or assisting.
Mark transitions in rehearsal
Time changes during runs, note what can be preset, and flag changes that need a dresser or an alternate route. Update the plot after every approved costume change.
